The WA building and development industry is full of capable people: builders, brokers, surveyors, planners, settlement agents. What it lacks is someone whose only job is to sit on the client’s side of all of them.
Builders’ consultants are paid to sell that builder’s product. Agents are paid on the transaction. Everyone’s advice is honest, as far as it goes, but nobody’s advice is independent. So clients sign the biggest contracts of their lives refereed by no one, feasibility gets done on the back of a brochure, and problems surface mid-build, where they’re most expensive.
WA Property Development Group was founded to be that missing side of the table: an independent advisory that runs feasibility before commitment, vets builders before recommending them, checks quotes and contracts before signing, and keeps independent eyes on construction through defined milestones.

Kyle founded WA Property Development Group after years inside the WA building and development ecosystem, seeing firsthand how deals are structured, how builders price and contract work, and where clients consistently lose money for want of independent advice.
The business runs on the discipline he guides every client through: feasibility before commitment, builders vetted before recommendation, contracts checked before signature, and one accountable coordinator from strategy to handover.
Kyle personally takes every strategy consultation, and every enquiry gets a call back within one business day.
