Straight answers to fair questions
- Are you a builder?
- No. WA Property Development Group is an independent advisory and builder broker. We don’t build. We make sure the builder you engage is vetted, fairly priced and held to the contract.
- How is this different from going direct to a builder?
- A builder’s sales consultant works for the builder. We work for you, comparing builders, checking quotes and contracts, and overseeing the build independently, including independent inspections on eligible tiers.
- Can I subdivide my block?
- It depends on your zoning (R-Codes), lot size and site conditions. We run a feasibility and R-Code assessment before you spend serious money. If it doesn’t stack up, we tell you.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on the tier and the scope of your project. We walk you through fees at your strategy consultation, and everything is agreed in writing before you commit to anything.
- How long does a project take?
- A typical structured investment project runs 16–22 months from engagement to completion, depending on approvals, site and build scope. You’ll have a milestone schedule from the start.
