- Why not just go straight to a custom builder?
- Because then the party designing, pricing and building your home is also the only party checking itself. Independent management means your design is tendered to vetted builders and every quote, contract and construction stage is checked on your behalf.
- What are the eight-stage inspections?
- An optional program of independent building inspections at up to eight critical construction milestones, from slab to practical completion, by an inspector who reports to you. Available as an optional extra on the Custom tier.
- Can you work with our own architect or designer?
- Yes. If you already have a design underway we can step in for tendering, contract checks and construction oversight, or run the full design process with you from the start.
- Do you handle knockdown-rebuilds?
- Yes. Demolition, planning requirements and staged approvals are all part of the managed scope where your project needs them.
