Privacy Policy

Last updated 12 July 2026

WA Property Development Group Pty Ltd (ABN 98 690 374 120), referred to below as “we”, “us” or “WA Property Development Group”, respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect through this website, how we use and store it, and how you can access or correct it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, whether an enquiry or a checklist download, we collect:

  • your name, phone number and email address;
  • your suburb or site address, if you choose to provide it;
  • your project type and anything you write in the message field;
  • basic technical information collected automatically, such as how you found us (for example, campaign tags in the web address) and anonymised website analytics.

We only collect what we need to respond to you, and you can always call us instead of using a form.

How we use it

  • to respond to your enquiry and book your consultation;
  • to send the resource you requested (such as the feasibility checklist) and a confirmation email;
  • to keep a record of our contact with you in our customer relationship management (CRM) system;
  • to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.

Where it’s stored

Your enquiry details are stored in:

  • Zoho CRM (our customer database, hosted in the Australian data centre);
  • our business email, when notifications and replies are sent;
  • short-term technical logs kept by our website host, used only to make sure enquiries are delivered reliably.

Website analytics are collected via Google Analytics with IP anonymisation. Some service providers (such as analytics and email delivery) may process data outside Australia; we use reputable providers with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as they’re relevant to a current or potential engagement, or as required by law. If you’d like your details removed from our records, just ask using the contact details below.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Contact:

We’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) atoaic.gov.au.
