As your builder broker and development project manager, WA Property Development Group sits between you and the project ecosystem (builders, finance brokers, surveyors, town planners, councils and settlement agents) and coordinates all of it with one goal: your project delivered to the numbers you approved.

Every engagement starts with feasibility. Every builder we put in front of you has been vetted for financial stability, insurance capacity, quality, timeframes and contract structure. And every fee is agreed in writing before you commit.

Engagement Tiers

Three tiers. One discipline.

TIER 01 · HOUSE & LAND

Standard

A builder broker service for house-and-land packages. You get an independent professional sourcing, comparing and checking everything a builder’s sales office would otherwise control.

Best fit: First home buyers and investors buying a house-and-land package.

Inclusions

  • Finding land that fits your budget and strategy
  • Design assistance and design selection
  • Quote sourcing from vetted builders
  • Independent quote checks: inclusions, allowances and site costs compared line by line
  • Contract sourcing and independent contract checks before you sign

Independent construction-stage inspections are not included in Standard.

TIER 02 · CUSTOM DESIGN

Custom

Everything in Standard, plus a complete custom design process. Your home is designed around your block and brief, then tendered to vetted builders instead of priced by one.

Best fit: Custom home clients and knockdown-rebuild projects.

Inclusions

  • All Standard inclusions
  • Complete custom design, from concept to working drawings, single or two storey
  • Planning drawings and planning submission, where your project requires one
  • Builder tendering on your design, with independent quote and contract checks
  • Optional extra: independent building inspections at critical construction stages (up to eight stages)

Design and planning scope is confirmed at your consultation.

TIER 03 · FULL MANAGEMENT

Development

The complete development management service. Every stage of a subdivision or multi-dwelling project is planned, coordinated and independently overseen, from feasibility to exit.

Best fit: Developers, landowners and investors running subdivision or multi-dwelling projects.

Inclusions

  • All Custom inclusions
  • Subdivision feasibility assessment, with conservative numbers before any commitment
  • WAPC and council applications, managed end to end
  • Consultant coordination: surveyors, town planners, engineers, settlement agents
  • Builder tendering, quoting and contract negotiation
  • Complete project management and oversight to handover
  • Exit strategy planning: hold, rent or sell, decided on numbers
  • Included: independent Roof Cover and PCI (Practical Completion) inspections

Suited to projects from a single subdivision through to 10+ lots.

Fees are agreed before you commit

Every tier is scoped and priced at your strategy consultation, and confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. Optional third-party site reports (feature surveys, soil and contour reports, specialist engineering) are arranged at cost as client expenses, always with your approval first.

Service questions, answered plainly

Are you a builder or a real estate agent?
Neither. WA Property Development Group is an independent property development advisory and builder broker. We coordinate and check the work of builders, surveyors, planners, brokers and settlement agents. We don’t sell property and we don’t build it.
What does each tier cost?
Fees depend on the tier and the scope of your project. We walk you through them at your strategy consultation, and every fee is agreed in writing before you commit to anything.
What are the independent inspections?
Independent building inspections at critical construction milestones, carried out by an inspector who answers to you, not the builder. Depending on tier there are up to eight stages, always including Roof Cover and Practical Completion (PCI) on the Development tier.
Do I pay for site reports?
Where a project needs third-party site reports, such as feature surveys, soil and contour reports, or specialist engineering assessments, these are arranged at cost as client expenses. You’ll always know before anything is ordered.
Can I switch tiers as my project grows?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with a house-and-land brief and discover their block or budget supports more. The process is structured so your engagement can step up without starting over.
