Who We Help · Money Partners
Property development investment in WA: structured, documented, defined
For private investors who want exposure to Perth development projects without running them: capital in, structure around it, exit defined before entry.
The Approach
Numbers first. Always.
A money partnership is only as good as the project behind it, so the project discipline comes first.
Every project we put in front of a money partner has passed the same feasibility-first process we apply to our own clients: conservative numbers, vetted builders, defined milestones and an exit strategy set before commitment. Nothing is presented on momentum or story. You see what’s known, what’s estimated, and what’s subject to change.
Partnership structures are agreed case by case and documented properly, including how funds are secured, how progress is reported, how risk is carried, and how and when the exit pays. If a project doesn’t meet the threshold, it isn’t offered.
What You Can Expect
The terms of engagement
Transparent risk
Feasibility, assumptions and contingencies shared in full. Risk is forecast and managed, not eliminated, and never talked around.
Documented security
How your capital is secured is agreed and documented before entry, with independent legal advice encouraged on every structure.
Defined exits
Exit mechanism and timeframe are part of the agreement, not a conversation that starts when the project ends.
Structured reporting
Milestone-based progress reporting through the project cycle, so you always know where the project and your position stand.
A conversation, not a pitch.
If structured development exposure interests you, book a consultation. We’ll explain how partnerships are assessed, structured and documented, and you can judge the discipline for yourself.
