Every project, from a first home to a multi-lot subdivision, moves through the same structured sequence. You always know where you are, what happens next, and what has to be true before the next stage begins.

    START

    Enquiry & strategy consultation

    It starts with a form or a phone call. Within one business day, Kyle calls to book your 45-minute consultation: your goals, your position, and an honest read on whether development fits.

  2. 02

    Engagement

    If it makes sense to proceed, your tier and scope are confirmed and fees agreed in writing. You know exactly what’s included before anything begins.

  3. 03

    Finance

    We coordinate with your finance broker (or introduce one) so borrowing capacity, structure and pre-approval are settled before you commit to land or contracts.

  4. 04

    FEASIBILITY GATE

    Land & site

    Finding and assessing the right block, or assessing the one you own. Zoning, services, orientation, site conditions and, above all, feasibility: conservative numbers in writing.

  5. 05

    Design & planning

    Design selection or complete custom design, planning drawings and submissions where required, and WAPC or council applications managed on development projects.

  6. 06

    Contracts

    Quotes sourced from vetted builders and compared line by line. Contracts checked independently before you sign: inclusions, provisional sums, variations, timeframes.

  7. 07

    INSPECTION POINTS

    Construction with oversight

    The build runs to defined milestones with independent inspections at critical stages (tier dependent, with up to eight stages including Roof Cover and PCI on the Development tier).

  8. 08

    Handover

    Practical completion inspected, defects pursued, keys and documentation handed over properly. The finish line is managed as carefully as the start.

  9. 09

    COMPLETE

    Exit strategy

    Hold, rent or sell: the exit set in your feasibility is executed, and the numbers are reviewed against the plan. Structured. Transparent. Repeatable.
